So the past two weeks have flown by and I have about 150 pictures to share so just be patient and enjoy…
Here’s a quick description of what’s happened this past week:

Last Monday (the 2nd):
I started the day having blood drawn and going to PT. What a way to start a LONG day!
Jo took the girls swimming while I was at therapy.
Kristin McPhie cut our hair and did an incredible job!!!
We went to the temple at 5:30 pm when it was only 111 degrees to have family portraits taken. We had the best experience we have EVER had! The pictures will be posted in a few weeks. I can’t wait to share them.
We went to Julio Too’s for dinner with Katie, ONE LAST TIME!

Tuesday:
We went to our weekly Cinemark kids club movie. This week was “Over the Hedge”. We had a great time with Jo Alldredge and her two sister-in-laws, Dani and Kristi.
Kendra and Kimber came over to play.
We went swimming at my parent’s house.
Jay put in my mom’s carport cover.
My girls slept over at Mimi’s! Yeah!
I went grocery shopping at 10:30 pm while Jay went with Damien and Cam to see Transformers.

Wednesday:
We had a great 4th!
Jay started the day helping the Scouts put up all of the flags. He had to wake up before 6am which wasn’t fun because he CHOSE to go to a LATE movie and didn’t get home until 2:30am.
We had a barbecue at my parent’s house with the Jacksons, Whisenants, Budges and all of us! We went swimming and had a great time even though it was 116 degrees. We taught Melinda how to play Guitar Hero (the pics are great).

We hung out all afternoon then went swimming again at night. We watched the fireworks from my dad’s driveway in our swimsuits. It was fun!

Thursday:
Jayne had Pool Therapy with her Physical Therapist Melissa in my mom’s pool. Jayne is doing a fabulous job learning how to swim and use her left arm!
Thursday night Katie was set apart as a missionary by President Ahlstrom. It was a fantastic experience.

Friday:
OUR 6th ANNIVERSARY!!!
Jayne had make-up OT then she and Rachel went swimming with Jo while I went to PT.
We hung out with Cam and Willie (my parents and Sara took Katie to Provo early in the morning) and watched a “What Not to Wear” marathon. Jayne was SOOOO into it. It made me laugh. She really believed she was changing lives by watching the show. Good thing we don’t have cable at our house!
Jessie (Katie’s best friend) watched the girls while we went out for our anniversary.
We went out with Damien and Kalet Budge to dinner at Bellagio’s Pizzeria (Greenfield & McKellips). It is one of our favorite restaurant’s. They serve Mediteranian and Italian food.
Then we went to see “License to Wed” and we tried out Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt afterward.
It was such a fabulous evening!

Saturday:
We did a lot, but I was fighting a migraine from Friday night on so I don’t really remember a whole lot. We took Shiloh to get groomed for the first time. Rachel totally freaked out when we left because she thought we were leaving Shiloh forever. We ran errands together. We went to WalMart and bought the girls lifejackets because we are going to go canoing down the river with the Budge’s in a few weeks. We are also going to start going to the lake with them. We wanted to make sure the girls would keep the jackets on so we made them wear them through the store the whole time. I thought they looked cute, and somewhat ridiculous, but they really pulled the look off. The funniest part was the huge tag hanging in the front.

Sunday:
We went to church and went to my parent’s house as usual. Cam had helped make dinner in the crock pot so we got dinner ready and ate. There were only six of us (as opposed to 13-14 that are usually there) so it was really quiet and weird. We had a great time. Cam was so cute. He had planned games for us to play. We stayed really late playing “Imagine If”. Jessie came over and Josh and Dyan came over as soon as they got back from California. I love my family!!!

Today is just the same old craziness. PT, swimming, cleaning, etc. I will be glad to have a small break in PT before my next surgery. I sure do love going there and working hard with people that I really do love (I know that may sound weird, but I’ve been going for fifteen months now). They are wonderful friends and it is an important part of my life. It takes time though. Ahhh, at least I have found some time to blog today. Hopefully I can get it all done…
