Jay somehow convinced Damien and our incredible neighbor Lenny to come help him push the Jeep out into the street and flip it around then push it back into the garage so he can put the new engine in. It was pretty hysterical to watch.

They did a great job!

Notice Lenny's comando shoes - he wanted to make sure his toes were safe. :-)
Jay has removed the old engine and drivetrain since this picture. He just brought the new engine down last night so I will post those pics later.

He did a springs over axle conversion and it lifted the back quite a bit. You can see the difference in the lift from the front to the back.

I AM SO PROUD OF HIM FOR DOING THIS ALL HIMSELF!
