On the Thursday night before Josh's wedding we had a "Chicken Rolling Party" at my parents house. We prepared all of the Chicken Parmesean for the wedding reception. Jessie got the disgusting job of pounding the chicken - yuck! Mom, dad, grandma, Darlene, Jessie and I had a blast! Chad and Marsha Payne came later and helped load everything and set up the church for the family dinner (Friday). Thanks for helping everyone!
