The girls have great form! They love bounding.

They also love spinning!

We went rappelling at Coon Bluff on Labor Day.

The girls love "hanging" and "swinging on the mountain". We hope to have them actually rappelling by the time they are six. They will be attached to Jason, of course. I am not sure about Jayne, but Rachel will definitely be ready. She is crazy and fearless like her dad!
